Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the MSFA / LAMSFA would gather in Ocean City to conduct the business of the Association and to take advantage of educational programs provided to all who attend. Unfortunately, for 2020 and now for 2021 that will not occur.  Instead, the Association business is being conducted virtually and with that, each member department is still able to participate in one fashion or another. Through the use of electronic meetings and video productions, advertising opportunities are available to show support of the MSFA and LAMSFA.

All the social events that were conducted in conjunction with the convention last year were cancelled and many will not take place this year.  However, there are still sponsorship opportunities to showcase your commitment to the Maryland fire service community. In addition, we are planning for a Presidential Reception to be held in late October in Annapolis to recognize both the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 Presidents and Officers.  This gala event will most likely be the first gathering of the MSFA and LAMSFA leadership in person since the onset of the social distancing restrictions. The MSFA and LAMSFA are offering limited sponsorship opportunities for the events that will take place this year. They are listed as follows:

Group Sponsorship Opportunities

• Presidential Reception – $10,000.00 – $5,000.00
• Family Memorial Service – $1,000.00

MSFA/LAMSFA Corporate Partnerships – $5,000.00 – $1,000.00

• Corporate Partnerships include Advertising Space and Corporate Recognition. 

MSFA College Student Scholarship Program – $5,000.00 – $1,000.00

• Sponsor a deserving Volunteer Fire Fighter/EMT as they pursue their educational goals.

Event Sponsorship – $750.00

• Pre-recorded and Live Educational Seminars.
