This program would focus on what the apparatus committee should expect in preparing for the preconstruction conference, change order approval process, review and sign off on production materials. There are any number of technical material that should be reviewed by the committee including weight analysis, electrical load analysis, turning radius, equipment placement and warranty statements that should be part of your departments contract documents. Time preparing for your preconstruction meeting, whether virtual or in-person will help to ensure positive results at the final inspection.
