The MSFA Convention and Conference Program Book is distributed to each member company represented at the Convention and is used regularly by member companies as a reference throughout the year. In addition, over a dozen of past Program Books are available for download publicly on this site.

The Program Books highlight Convention activities and special events, important reports, as well as the opportunity for your personal greeting and business advertisement.

Program Book Audience

The Convention has become one of the largest attended emergency services events in the nation and is by far the largest volunteer fire/rescue convention in Maryland. The week-long Convention is overall one of the largest conventions held in Ocean City, Maryland annually.

Convention Attendance:

• MSFA membership: 345+ fire, rescue, and ambulance departments, and 200+ member auxiliaries
• 3,000 Convention delegates
• 14,500 Convention members
• 35,000 Convention guests in total, including family, friends, volunteer, career, gov’t agency emergency services personnel
• Convention guests from Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey

The Program Book provides you with the opportunity to show your support for MSFA while promoting your company’s products and services.

Our advertising rates are considered to be some of the lowest of similar productions and the entire book is prepared and organized by our all volunteer committee. All proceeds are used to benefit and support the Convention and the volunteer fire/rescue service of Maryland.

Layout: The Program Book is 8.5″ x 11″ vertical / portrait.

Note: Ocean City businesses will be highlighted in the Program Book with a border so that event attendees can easily locate businesses local to the Convention while browsing the Book. Consider offering a special discount for use during the Convention or after.
